Pet Friendly Galveston Vacation Rentals

Pet Requirements
All pets must comply with the following specifications:
- May not exceed 50 lbs
- Must be house broken; any accidents will be immediately cleaned up
- Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations (heartworm preventive is highly recommended)
- Must be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three days prior to arrival
Pet Conduct and Care
- Pets will not be left unattended for any length of time, either indoors or out, or must be crated if left alone and must not make unacceptable noise when alone
- Pets will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch
- All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the condo
- Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time; any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees
- Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors
- Guests are solely responsible for cleaning up any and all pet refuse inside and on the condo property
Restrictions
- Pets are not allowed in pool areas
- Pets are allowed on beaches only if on a leash (Galveston beaches welcome dogs on a leash only)
- Pets must not cause damage to premises or furnishings; if damages are caused, the cost may be charged to the guest
- The homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may occur to pets or humans while on the premises
Maravilla Complex
Maravilla complex is the most dog-friendly complex. It features a gated dog park and a doggie shower for after a day at the beach. A designated pet relief area is located on the right side of the entrance driveway. Baggies and trash containers are provided, and all guests are kindly asked to pick up after their pets.
